2027 Annual Meeting of Provincial Grand Lodge and Royal Arch Convocation
Saturday 5th June 2027
This year’s Annual Meetings of Provincial Grand Lodge and Provincial Grand Chapter will both be held on Saturday 5th June 2027 at National Conference Centre at The National Motorbike Museum, Coventry Road, Bickenhill, Solihull, West Midlands B92 0EJ.
The meetings are open to all Master Masons and Companions. Entered Apprentices and Fellowcrafts may, if they wish, attend the luncheon only.
The day is made up of three parts:
- Provincial Grand Chapter of Warwickshire Annual Convocation
- Lunch
- Provincial Grand Lodge of Warwickshire Annual Meeting

Morning dress or dark suit. Provincial or Royal Arch Tie. No gloves.
Supreme Grand Chapter Officers and Provincial Grand Chapter Officers are requested to wear full dress regalia. Supreme Grand Chapter Officers are requested to wear morning tailcoats.
PROVINCIAL GRAND LODGE
Morning dress or dark suit. Provincial or Craft Tie. Masters and current Wardens of Lodges to wear their collar of office. White gloves.
Grand Lodge Officers and Provincial Grand Lodge Officers are requested to wear full dress regalia. Grand Lodge Officers are requested to wear morning tailcoats.

Traditional roast beef dinner with Yorkshire pudding, roast pan gravy served scented with horseradish with a selection of seasonal vegetables and dauphinois potatoes. or
Warm savoury pancake filled with spinach, mushrooms, almond cream cheese filling coated in onion and parsley sauce served with a selection of seasonal vegetables and dauphinois potatoes. (V)
