THE LODGE USE TO BE A TEMPERANCE LODGE , BUT THE BY-LAWS WERE CHANGED AND NOW DRINK AND WINE IS TAKEN AT THE FESTIVE BOARD .
WE HAVE A ROYAL ARCH CHAPTER – TEMPERANCE CHAPTER THAT IS CONNECTED WITH THE LODGE AND WHEN MEMBERS ARE READY THEY ARE ENCOURAGED TO JOIN .

INITIALLY THE LODGE WAS MADE UP OF MEMBERS FROM DIFFERENT INDUSTRIES BASED IN THE MIDLANDS . NOW WE HAVE A DIVERSE BACKGROUND OF MEMBERS ranging FROM PEOPLE IN INDUSTRY , MEDICAL FIELD , PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND JEWELLERY MANUFACTURING.
MARTIN LEVERMORE IS A MEMBER OF OUR LODGE AND HAS BEEN AWARDED AN MBE AND IS ONE OF THE DEPUTY LEUTENANTS FOR THE WEST MIDLANDS. HE HAS RECENTLY BECOME THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BLACK LIVING COUNTRY MUSEUM .

We usually hold an informal Ladies Evening on the first friday In December .which doubles up has a Christmas Party and have a raffle to raise funds for Charity.
Our Lodge meeting in February is usually a short lodge meeting followed by a Burns Night that Partners and guests can come to .
We usually have a curry night during the summer where members and guests meet for a curry and drinks .
