About us
The Dunsmore Lodge, founded in 1947 prides itself on its high standard of ritual, respecting traditions but also looks to innovate with new opportunities in terms of meeting content. There is a consistent encouragment of new members to participate in ritual, when ready, so that foundation for later progress are laid well in advance.
The Past masters and Officers are often to be seen participating in ceremonies and generally ensuring everyone is engaged and encouraged.
Local charities are also supported and there is always a good explanation of their role in the local community
Why Join Us?
The Dunsmore Lodge has something for all Freemasons. There is a good age spread of members that enables a blend of fun and learning. Informal rehgearsals occur regularly and each new member is assigned a personal mentor to help them progress through their Masonic development
