Some exciting news today. Birmingham has successfully won its bid to host the 2027 Invictus Games.

In 2028 the Province of Warwickshire will be celebrating its 300th anniversary. As part of our celebrations we have launched an appeal to support Fisher House where so many of the UK team will have stayed whilst receiving treatment at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham.

Fisher House was chosen, for the tercentenary appeal, as it’s work supporting the families and loved ones of military personnel and veterans being treated at the Centre for Defence Medicine, based at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, is both inspirational and in line with the commitment of the Province to the Armed Forces Covenant.
