Candidate Welcome Pack Launch

As part of our continued commitment to supporting new members, Lodge Secretaries, Mentors, Membership Officers and any other brother involved in, or interested in, welcoming, supporting and guiding new members through their early years in Freemasonry, are invited to an introduction to the launch of the new Warwickshire Freemasons Welcome Pack.

The launch will take place at Knowle Masonic Centre on Tuesday 30th June 2026, at a presentation commencing at 7.00pm. A complimentary buffet will be provided.

The new welcome pack has been designed to support candidates throughout their early Masonic journey and to provide Lodges with a consistent and practical mentoring resource. The pack is intended to be presented to candidates at key stages of their progression:

Initiation
Passing
Raising
Presentation of their Grand Lodge Certificate

In addition, the pack includes guidance and learning materials around which the candidate and his personal mentor can structure ongoing development and progression within the Craft.

If your Lodge was not represented at the initial launch, you are strongly encouraged to send representatives to this event, as this new initiative will play an important role in improving candidate engagement, mentoring and retention across the Province.
