A day in the life of an honorary Brother of St Peter’s Lodge No. 7334

Wednesday 27th November 2024 was a special day for Lodge St Bryde 579, in the Grand Lodge of Scotland, and especially for the Right Worshipful Brother James Laid Jack.

Members of St Peter’s Lodge 7334, which meets at Yenton Assembly rooms in Birmingham, travelled to Scotland to see ‘Jim’, who is an honorary member of their Lodge,  not only received his 50-years certificate, from the Provincial Grand Master of Lanarkshire Middle Ward, RW Brother Andrew Millar, but to witness his twin sons, Stuart and Andy Jack, who were honoured with 21-year certificates and honorary life membership of Lodge St Bryde 579.

Also attending was Larry Jones, Worshipful Master of Yenton Lodge 3484. Mikel Stoops, Past Grand Master of Kansas, plus other dignitaries including Prince Michael of Kent and several senior brethren from the United Grand Lodge of England (UGLE).
