The Order of the Secret Monitor, or Brotherhood of David and Jonathan, is a rapidly growing masonic companion order in the UK, open to all master masons of good standing.

Centred on the biblical friendship of David and Jonathan, it uses ritual and ceremonies to teach loyalty, trust, and mutual support. The order encourages strong fellowship, personal and spiritual growth, and practical care among  members, extending beyond formal meetings.

Originating in late 18th-century America and formally established in England in 1887, the order maintains its traditional values while adapting to modern times.
