Easter Smiles 2025
Easter is fast approaching and this year, we will be once again running the Easter Smiles campaign. For those who don’t know, for the last four years, Warwickshire Freemasons have arranged to distribute the gift of a small egg to children in Warwickshire who find themselves in circumstances that afford them little hope of the simple joy of receiving a chocolate egg at Easter. We have prioritized those children in shelters and temporary accommodation with a parent/guardian, being shielded from domestic and sexual violence, but have also included organizations such as Acorns, Mind, Shine a Light and Zoe’s Place.
We would like to ask brethren for any suggestions of organisations local to you that operate in Warwickshire that we might consider including in our campaign. We’d like to make sure that we cover the whole of Warwickshire with our support. Please contact Ian McLeod with details and we’ll consider adding them to our list of supported organisations
We have received several donations from Lodges, for which we thank them. The generosity of this fraternity we belong to never ceases to amaze me. Let’s see if we can bring a smile to the faces of more children this Easter, who may not have a lot to smile about otherwise.
