Following on from the Installation in February, the Chapter of Faith and Hope has exalted two more candidates into the Chapter. 

We were delighted to welcome the newly exalted Comp Jawad Hussain and Comp Joe Paras as members of the Chapter.  Having found back in May that a double exaltation works well, this further double continued on that theme.  With E Comp Nigel Hawkins, the Past Provincial Grand Haggai, present to welcome the new Companions into the Province, an excellent evening was enjoyed by all present.  It also looks as though we will have even more candidates to exalt in October. The Chapter is continuing to grow, although we have recently lost two of our past First Principals, both of whom had beeb elected to Honorary Membership.  The well known E Comp Peter Britton sadly passed away in April, and E Comp John Simmonds in May, both sadly missed by all who knew them.

With several key members of the Chapter absent, the Chapter was delighted to have great support from visiting Provincial Officers – E Comp Mike Hogarth, E Comp Stephen Wall, E Comp Gary Evans and E Comp Paul Buck all helped us out, and E Comp Nigel Hawkins in his own inimitable and expert style, presenting a Grand Chapter Certificate and presenting the shortened Mystical lecture.  E Comp John Hayward, MEZ, thanked all the visitors for attending, particularly those who assisted throughout the evening.
