Warwickshire Royal Arch Charity Collections

Making the most of your donations

30 Chapters donated a total of £11,446.00 to the Warwickshire Royal Arch Benevolent Fund, (WRABF) last year to which was added the very worthwhile HMRC Gift Aid rebate worth a further, valuable £1,978.00. The Benevolent Fund Relief Chest itself attracted a further £1,141.00 in interest, taking the total collected to £14,565.00. Donations from other sources increased this to £17,608.00 overall.

Download the Relief Chest Gift Aid Guide below to find out how your Chapter can take advantage of the gift aid for the Warwickshire Benevolent Fund.

£27,907 Donated

Warwickshire Provincial Grand Chapter donated £27,907.00 to 27 different charities, thus we paid out more than we collected!  How do we even this out?  30 Chapters donated to the fund, which leaves a number who didn’t and their contributions make up the extra amount.

More bangs for your bucks

The Province will enhance Chapters collection if they use the recommended form which can be downloaded HERE and follow its rules.

Put very simply, if your Warwickshire Chapter makes its collections for a nominated charity, using the Gift Aid envelopes and our simple forms, the Envelope Verification Scheme, (EVS) and the Nominated Charity Form, (NCF), both of which are available from the members area, for local Warwickshire based charities or those having a substantial Warwickshire presence, the MCF will arrange and add the Gift Aid and the Province can enhance that total from the Fund.

The table below shows example donations from Chapters, showing their collections and the total donation in red after the Benevolent Fund enhancement and gift aid additions.  You will see that by using our scheme your charities greatly benefit.
