Meridian goes Hawaiian!
Meridian Lodge 9003, one of Warwickshire on Summer Lodges, followed up its Elvis themed installation ceremony last month with an Hawaiian themed third degree ceremony festive board. Meeting at Guy’s Cliffe in Warwick, which is possible the oldest Lodge room in the world, 35 intrepid brethren came along to enjoy a Tiki bar, Hawaiian themed food, music and games.
The meeting in the temple was indicative of the new line up, with two new joining members instantly participating in the ritual.
The next meeting is July 9th 225. A double initiation plus a hog roast and beer festival. The Lodge will also be inviting gentleman who are not masons to come for the beer and batches afterwards. If you would like to come along as see Warwickshire’s premier summer lodge in action contact David Leask meridianlodge9003@gmail.com.
Meridian Lodge does things differently. They take a ‘summer feel’ with excellent ceremonies combined with fun and more informal festive boards. Ideal to keep yourself in masonry during the summer without ruining the holiday vibes!
