Congratulations to Coventry Foundation Lodge No. 4543, which has become the third Lodge in Warwickshire to achieve 100% registration on UGLE’s Portal membership system!

Every member of the Lodge has now signed up to Portal demonstrating that Freemasonry’s digital future is well and truly underway.

Portal is the United Grand Lodge of England’s online membership platform, designed to make managing your Masonic life easier.

It brings together a range of useful features in one place, allowing brethren to:

• View your Masonic records, including Lodge and Chapter memberships, offices held and important dates.

• Check upcoming meetings and keep track of your Masonic calendar.

• Access digital certificates relating to your Masonic journey.

• Update your own contact and Masonic details, ensuring that the information held by UGLE is accurate and up to date, without having to rely on someone else to make changes on your behalf.

• Manage your personal profile, including contact preferences and profile photographs.

• Access Solomon, UGLE’s online learning platform.

And this is just the beginning! Over the coming months and years, Portal will continue to develop, with more and more features and services being introduced, making it an increasingly valuable resource for every Freemason.

How to Register

Getting started is straightforward:

1. Visit the UGLE Portal registration page.

2. Enter the email address registered with UGLE, usually the one on which you receive First Rising.

3. Follow the instructions to verify your email address and confirm your Masonic membership details.

4. Create your password and start exploring Portal.

Once registered, you can access your account at desktop.portal.ugle.org.uk.
