The Lodge of St. Andrew No. 4056 recently celebrated a remarkable milestone, holding its 700th meeting in the Province of Warwickshire. Brethren and invited guests gathered to mark the occasion, reflecting on the Lodge’s long and distinguished history and the traditions it has faithfully upheld for 105 years.

The Lodge was honoured to welcome two distinguished visitors. Paul Buck attended as the personal representative of the Provincial Grand Master in his role as visiting officer, while Dean Willard, Past Deputy Grand Master for District 5 of the Grand Lodge of Washington, was also in attendance. Their presence added particular significance to an already memorable evening.

Following the formal proceedings, once the Lodge had been closed, the brethren demonstrated Dutch Masonic working, a unique tradition first introduced at the 600th meeting on 14th March 2006 at Stirling Road, nearly two decades ago.

The evening concluded with a lively festive board in true Scottish spirit. The brethren enjoyed fine fare, good drams of Scotch whisky, and warm fellowship, raising £244 in support of Fisher House as part of the Tricentenary Appeal bringing the total raised by the Lodge for this cause to £770.
