About us

We are a dynamic chapter with a growing membership. Our membership has traditionally come from the professional backgrounds in St Michael’s Lodge (Doctors, Lawyers, Dentists) and the fun and charity-based ethos of the Lodge of the Round Table. This makes an exciting combination of social interaction, exciting festive boards, and high quality ritual.

Why Join Us?

One of the larger Royal Arch Chapters, our membership comes predominantly from Lodge of Round Table no 8424 and St Michael’s Lodge no 1630 – but this is in no way exclusive and everyone is very welcome. Having a good number of members means that new members are not pressurised into taking office, and can sit back and enjoy the meetings – conversely those that excel in particular roles or in delivering ritual can still do that – meaning the Chapter experience a high quality ritual that is enjoyable for all.
